999 x Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999 x ("999 x", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 999 x website, mobile application, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999 x platform and close your account. Continued use of 999 x after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. These Terms apply to all products available on 999 x, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, poker, baccarat, card games, and football betting.

These Terms should be read alongside the 999 x Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with 999 x.

To register and use the 999 x platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 999 x operates a strict over-18 policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to belong to a minor will be voided and the account permanently closed.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one 999 x account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting on behalf of another person.
• Own Funds: You must be depositing and playing with funds that belong to you personally. Using funds obtained through illegal means, on behalf of a third party, or through any form of payment fraud is strictly prohibited.
• Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 999 x and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions.

When registering a 999 x account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, mobile phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999 x account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 999 x will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 999 x support immediately. Until such notification is received, 999 x accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.

Account Verification (KYC)

999 x operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment methods before withdrawals are processed. Verification requests are typically resolved within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Deposits

All financial transactions on the 999 x platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits made via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically reflect on your 999 x balance within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours during business days.

You must deposit only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the 999 x account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the deposit amount. Any excess balance may be withdrawn via your preferred verified method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

999 x reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Withdrawal requests associated with unresolved bonus wagering requirements will be held until requirements are met. 999 x does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own charges.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months and there is a remaining PKR balance. 999 x will notify the account holder by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 500 per month to the remaining balance. Accounts that reach a zero balance will be closed. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

999 x offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict. The following general bonus rules apply to all 999 x promotions unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in your 999 x account balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the minimum qualifying odds or game types specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold do not contribute to wagering.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirement, and any associated bonus balance, will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry timers are displayed in your active bonus panel.
• 999 x reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn, any associated wagering requirement in progress is also cancelled and the bonus balance removed. Real-money balances are unaffected.

Wagering Contribution Rates

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the 999 x platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until 999 x has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets accepted in error — including those affected by system errors, data feed failures, or manifest odds errors — may be voided by 999 x. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's PKR balance in full. Void bets within accumulators are treated as non-runners; the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at recalculated odds.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at 999 x are subject to temporary suspension during significant game events such as goals, wickets, injuries, or video reviews. Bets placed during a suspension window may be declined or accepted at updated odds. 999 x reserves the right to void in-play bets if the odds offered were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

Abandoned & Postponed Events

If an event is abandoned before the minimum qualifying period of play (as defined per sport in the 999 x Sport-Specific Rules), all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. For cricket, the minimum qualifying period is the completion of at least one innings per side, or the application of DLS if weather interrupts play. Postponed events that are rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time will remain live; beyond 48 hours, bets are voided.

Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-event payout at 999 x is Rs 50,00,000. Maximum accumulator payout is Rs 1,00,00,000. Where a winning bet would exceed these limits, 999 x will pay out at the stated maximum and the excess is forfeited. Players are advised to check payout limits before placing high-value accumulators.

All casino games available at 999 x — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, poker, baccarat, and card games — are operated in accordance with the rules of the relevant game and the technical specifications of the game provider. In the event of a conflict between 999 x platform rules and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for game-specific decisions.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are managed by professional dealers operating from secure studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by the dealer on camera. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 999 x will use the recorded game feed to determine the outcome and settle the bet accordingly. Where the outcome cannot be determined due to an irrecoverable technical fault, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

RNG Games (Slots, Digital Card Games)

Digital casino games at 999 x use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all digital games are published in the game information section. Jackpot wins are paid in PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the win, with no deductions applied by 999 x.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including software error, disconnection, or display error — 999 x reserves the right to void any bets affected and return stakes. A malfunction voids all play and pays. 999 x is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults outside of our direct control.

999 x is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available free of charge to all registered 999 x players via their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Once reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive notifications as your session approaches the limit and your session will pause automatically when it expires.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude your account from the 999 x platform for a period of your choice — 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. To apply permanent self-exclusion, contact 999 x support directly.

999 x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void or withhold pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence of multiple account usage or account sharing
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Collusion with other players or use of prohibited software (bots, AI-assisted betting tools, arbitrage software)
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account belonging to a minor (under 18)
• Any activity that 999 x reasonably believes represents a risk to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 999 x will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address. Legitimate balances held in a suspended account will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

999 x collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your data is never sold to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999 x platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the 999 x platform without prior written authorisation from 999 x. Unauthorised use of 999 x intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

999 x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999 x will notify registered players via the email address on file and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 999 x platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting 999 x support. Your verified PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method once any pending wagering requirements are resolved or cancelled at our discretion.
